Hello everyone! My name is Matilda and I am looking for a flatmate to join me from Feb!😊xx
It is a modern, bright flat in Burley (close to the station) with a shared bathroom. Rent is £110pw excluding bills - bills are usually around £20pw. I have lived here since June and I am very happy staying for another year. You would be taking over my current flatmates tenancy as she is moving in with her partner! I have attached a clip of the available room plus the shared spaces!
I work in healthcare therefore I am out all day when on shift. It is ideal for a student or a young professional (non-students would need to pay council tax).
