Professional house share in Burley.

Our tenants are a mix of friendly and sociable young professionals. The property is located in Burley - 10min from Leeds by bus and 5min from Burley Park train station.

All rooms are fully furnished with double bed, bathroom, wardrobe, bedside table. The bed has a new, good quality mattress.

We have four en-suite rooms and two rooms that share a bathroom/toilet/shower.

- American-diner style kitchen with two fridge-freezers

The property is decorated to high standard. We believe that our houses should be at a standard that we’d live in ourselves with modern furnishings and style.

We manage our own properties and are very responsive landlords. References available on request :-)

Bills included in the rent are: Council Tax, TV, Broadband, Water and heating. We also have a fortnightly cleaner to keep the property clean and tidy.

The rooms are for single working professionals preferably.
