As you'd be sharing the basement & a bathroom with Maggie, a female housemate is preferred; but for the right person, this isn't a deal breaker.

The house was only just fully refurbished in late 2023 & is a mid-terraced house, comprised over 4 floors. It has been decorated with a modern, monochrome theme and offers you the following:
