A large shared Lounge & Dining kitchen where we regularly cook together, watch films together and drink plenty of cups of tea. All tenants are professionals so the house is preferred to be quiet Mon-Fri but we do enjoy having drinks together on a weekend. We all get on really well so we are looking for someone who will fit in nicely.

This house share is homely but we do like to keep it clean & tidy and we share responsibility to do this.

All rooms are furnished
Bloody fast internet! 200mbs Virgin WIFI included & Virgin TV (all HD channels including sky sport and movies)
All kitchen necessities are provided but feel free to add to the collection.

Close to local amenities such as Burley park, train station and shops including Aldi, Asda & Morrisons.
