En-suite double room to let, on a new estate in Castleford. Furniture can be added/removed as requested. There is a new smart TV in the room for your use.
All bills included. However, I have a fortnightly cleaner and I would ask that you contributed to the cost if you wanted your room and bathroom doing.
Full use of living room and kitchen with the following facilities: Netflix, washing machine, drier, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and gas hob.
Parking space at the front and a nice patio and garden at the back of the house, which gets the sun in the afternoon.
10 minute walk from the train station, bus station, Morrisons, Aldi and B&M, as well as the town centre.
Direct train and bus services to Leeds city centre (20 & 40 mins respectively). Direct trains also available to Wakefield, York and Manchester Piccadilly.
I am looking for another professional female (no work from home) to share the space with.
I’ve had previous housemates for 3 years and we have enjoyed watching series together, going for walks after work and the occasional drink!
