I have a lovely large double room available for a short term let with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and plenty of space for a desk etc. The house is light & spacious, and has been fully refurbished to a high standard. There's a drive & a garage for a car, bikes & storage, and a big sunny back garden.
Ideally I’d like someone short term for 2 - 4 months but I can be flexible.
Wfh is possible though preferably no more than 2-3 days a week and there’s a separate office space in the 3rd bedroom if needed.
The rent is inclusive of all bills (council tax, gas & electricity, water rates, super-fast broadband, tv license).
The house is on a quiet cul de sac in the centre of vibrant ‘village’ Chapel Allerton with bars, restaurants, cafes, banks and supermarkets on offer. It’s a few minutes walk to Harrogate Road which is on the main bus route to the city centre, taking 10 minutes by car and by bus.
If this sounds like what you might be looking for, please drop me a line.
