I have a lovely large double room with a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, & plenty of space for a desk & bookshelf etc. The house is light & spacious, and has recently been extended to a high spec. There are 2 bathrooms, a utility room, a garage for bikes & storage, and a sunny back garden with a patio for a glass of wine on a summers evening.

It would suit a professional or post grad student, & someone who is tidy, considerate & friendly. I work in London & go away a bit so you’ll have the house to yourself at times. I’m friendly, sociable, easy going & like a clean tidy home. I’m flexible re short or long term. Ideally no one who mainly WFH. I’d consider Mon-Fri at a reduced rate.

The rent is inclusive of all bills (council tax, gas & electricity, water rates, super-fast broadband, tv license).

The house is on a quiet cul de sac in the centre of vibrant ‘village’ Chapel Allerton with bars, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. There’s street parking right in front of the house. It’s a few minutes walk to Harrogate Road & Scott Hall Road which are on the main bus routes to the city centre, taking 10 minutes by car and by bus.
