Double Bedroom in beautiful Chapel Allerton house

Hello :)

We have a spacious double bedroom available to rent from April. Current housemates said photos did not do the house justice when they came to visit so please book a viewing to really appreciate the house and bedroom :)

The room: A large double bedroom with double bed and mattress, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, a bureau that folds down to become a desk and bedside table. The bathroom is shared but the house has two bathrooms.

The house: The house is situated on a peaceful road in the Methleys, is a 1-minute walk to Lidl and a bus stop with multiple buses into Leeds city centre. The neighbours are very friendly and quiet. There is a large open plan kitchen with ample storage, a large American style fridge freezer and a double oven. There is plenty of surface space so cooking with your housemates is never cramped. There is a shared cosy living room with a TV (Sky Q and Netflix included). There is a cellar for a little extra storage if needed. The house is not suitable for storing bikes but a previous tenant stored her bike out the back.

The current housemates: 3 very friendly professionals, one hetero male who is very clean, quiet, polite and generally keeps himself to himself in his room. He rarely cooks so there is one less person using the kitchen. There is also a gay couple who occupy a bedroom on the first floor. They are very friendly, respectful and easy to get along with.

Current tenants all work a lot and the house is mostly used as a place for rest (watching TV, cooking relaxing in the living room/bedrooms etc.). We are looking for someone who is quiet and who wants to contribute to the cleanliness of the house as we generally keep it very clean.

The house is nicely decorated throughout and we are looking for someone that will be respectful of the house and help to keep its appeal as best as possible.

Ideally, we are not looking for people who work from home.
