Double Bed Room in New 4 Bed House in Meanwood

I am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms in my brand new 4-bed room semi-detached house in Meanwood, available from 16th July 2026. The room is furnished. All of the bills are included.

It has a big kitchen cum dining room, a living room and a back garden for summer drinks/bbq's. A common bathroom to share with another tenant. It is a nice, quiet street, and there is plenty of space to park out the front.

I work at the University of Leeds most of the week and play a lot of sports (mainly cricket and Golf). I live with my family (wife and 2 kids).

I do like to keep the house neat and tidy, so it is important to me that this is respected. I would also prefer that whoever moves in does not work from home.
