Double bedroom available in a friendly house share in the heart of Chapel Allerton.

One of our housemates is moving in with their partner and we're looking for a fun and friendly person to fill the void in our hearts.

There are three of us remaining, one works at a university, one is in the NHS and the other works in a hotel bar. We're a friendly house and like to live in a social house where people feel able to relax and be themselves. You can find a selection of our interests in the 'interests' section, but you don't have to be into exactly the same stuff as us and in fact it's always nice to meet people who like different things. Our ideal housemate would be someone who is easy-going, clean, up for a laugh and someone that wants to get involved.

The room is a double room but it’s also the smallest by the bathroom. It is a lovely cosy room and it has a lot of potential and the landlords are quite easy going if you prefer to decorate it in a different way. Not all the furniture in the pictures are available.

The house is spread over three floors plus a basement. There's a communal lounge, large kitchen space and one bathroom. The available room is on the middle floor.

The property is located within walking distance from local supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl and the Co-op), shops, parks, cafes and bars.

There is a small garden to the back which could use a bit of TLC and a patio to the front. The neighbours are friendly, and the house is in a safe neighbourhood. There's plenty of on-street parking and excellent transport links to the city centre.
