I am a 43 year old self employed female looking for one nice house mate to share my home in Chapel Allerton.

The room will be available from September 2025. The only other person in the house will be myself.

I’m looking for a male or female who is over the age of 35, someone professional, who is easy going, clean, tidy, respectful and light hearted.
