Room in Chapel Allerton

**ROOM AVAILABLE FROM EARLY OCTOBER**

Cozy room for one person available in Chapel Allerton. This is a warm room in a quiet area of Leeds about 25 minutes away from the city centre by bus. Three supermarkets are within a five minute walk, and the neighbourhood is full of independent shops, bars and restaurants. We're a walking distance from Chapel Allerton Park and Gledhow Woods.

The house is a spacious terraced house with a large and very well-equipped kitchen, a living room and a spacious, dry basement with plenty of storage space. The house has front and back porches. We have a washing machine, TV and good cupboard / fridge space available.

The room would be available unfurnished (no desk) and has room for a single or small double bed. There is currently a futon in the room that gets rolled out in the evenings to maximise space; you're welcome to retain it or replace it with a different type of mattress. As the room is a bit smaller than the other ones in the house, the price for it is lower, and an amazing deal if you're looking to live in Chapel Allerton!

We're a relaxed and sociable house. We're easy to get along with and like to have friends over for dinner, movies and board games. We enjoy cooking, growing things in our garden and going out to events together. We're a LGBTQ+ household, so housemates belonging to the community are preferred.

Council Tax Band B. Bills are not included and are paid separately monthly (energy, broadband, council tax and water). The bills total to around £100-£110 a month.
