Hi! I’m looking for someone to replace me. I have recently moved out of the flat but I’m currently still contracted as the change-of-sharer process didn’t go through in time and my original replacement dropped out.

About the Rent

The rent is split between two people across a 3-bedroom flat:

- You will occupy the two smaller bedrooms on the lower level (one of them I used as my home office which was dead handy)
- There is also a bathroom located on the lower level, which is never used by Daisy
- Your flatmate (Daisy) would have the large top-floor bedroom with a private en suite, covering the other half of the rent

- 5 mins walk from Chapel Allerton park, which has free tennis courts!
