Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over a room in the flat, as my current flatmate will be moving out on the 14th May.

About the Rent

The original tenancy was for 12 months, but my flatmate is leaving early under the updated Renters’ Rights legislation. The room will be available to sublet from 15th May, with everything managed through our estate agents, Linley and Simpson.

The rent is split between two people across a 3-bedroom flat:

- I occupy the two smaller bedrooms on the lower level (one is used as my home office as I work from home 3 days a week)
- You would have the large top-floor bedroom with a private en suite, covering the other half of the rent

About Me

I’m Dom, 29, originally from Blackburn, Lancashire. I moved back to Leeds at the end of August last year after previously graduating from the University of Leeds in 2019. I currently work as a Graphic Designer in Manchester, commuting in twice a week and working from home on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

I’m a lifelong Liverpool fan and have recently got into playing tennis (just across the road at Chapel Allerton Park) as well as golf. I enjoy being outdoors and try to get out on hikes whenever I can. I also run 3–4 times a week and play snooker every couple of weeks at the Northern Snooker Centre.

I’m easygoing and respectful of space - happy to keep to myself if that’s your preference, but equally always up for a chat or a spontaneous pint at the pub.
