Large double bedroom in the heart of Chapel Allerton, in a four-bedroom house (although 1 bedroom has been turned into an office) with 2 female professionals aged 27 and 29, and a cocker spaniel. There will be max 3 people in total.

The bedroom has a double bed with storage underneath, a bedside table, rail for hanging clothes, large unit for clothing/storage, armchair, desk and bookshelf. Mattress and bedding included. It’s located on the second floor with a bathroom next door.

The house has 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and garden which everyone can use. One living room has a large TV and sofa, and the other has a dining table, log burner, record player and TV, so there is plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is fully kitted with all you need to cook and eat, so you wouldn’t need to bring anything (unless you wanted to), and also has a coffee machine, air fryer, chest freezer and washing machine.

The house is just off the main high street in Chapel Allerton, walking distance to 3 supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes and Chapel Allerton Park. The bus stop into the city centre is less than a 2-minute walk and takes around 15 minutes to get into town. Buses 2, 3, 3A, 91 and 36. There is also ample free street parking.
