1 Bed with en-suite in flat in Chapel Allerton

Hi there,

My housemate is looking to move out of our shared flat at the end of this month, which means one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower) is available. There’s a large shared living room and a kitchen. I have some videos of the bedroom and en-suite that I can’t upload here, I can send them on WhatsApp if you’re interested!

Rent is £545.50 a month per person, and bills are around £185 a month per person - our council tax band is B.

The flat is a 1 floor basement flat in a block of terraced houses, which has steps down into the property as well as a couple of steps inside the flat.

I have two (very friendly) cats, and there’s a couple of litter boxes as well as their food in the hall. They’re indoors only, so will just need to be mindful of not letting them out.

I’m non-binary and queer, and my flat is LGBTQ+ friendly. I’m into cosplay, alt-fashion, gaming, anime and manga, and plenty of other nerdy things, but am open to anyone whether we share interests or not! I work hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, and my only request would be that you let me know if you’re having people over and are mindful of noise (i. e. having several people over) late at night. I am a night owl though so you won’t have to worry about being super quiet.
