Double Available in Chapel Allerton 2 Floor Flat

We’re looking for one new housemate to come and move in to our lovely two floor, three bedroom flat in Chapel Allerton. I have lived here for just over 3 years and am moving out with my partner soon so will be leaving the flat (sadly!)

The room available is fully furnished with a comfy double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It’s a really lovely room which gets a lot of sunshine during the day

The flat is split across two floors with the three bedrooms, kitchen and shower room downstairs. The large living/dining room and bathroom are upstairs. The two bathrooms come in handy if you are all wanting to get ready at the same time and the living room is great for hosting! There is both street and designated parking space also.

You'd be living with Lucy and Alice who are both lovely.

So a bit about us… we all met on SpareRoom, and like a nice mix of our own down time and popping to the pub or watching something in the living room too. We all work full time, a mix of home and office based. Theres space to work from home as needed. We're tidy and like to keep the flat nice so the girls will be looking for someone who is neat.

Notice on the flat is two months, however I am flexible so could move out in either July or August depending on when the room is taken. Just message me if you're interested and we can discuss dates and viewings.
