Room in friendly Chapel Allerton houseshare

Hi, I’m moving out of my houseshare in the Methleys, Chapel Allerton, in November and am looking for somebody to take over.

The room is a spacious attic room that comes furnished*, in a fairly big Victorian house. There’s a living room, large kitchen/dining room (including a dishwasher), bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate bath, and a small room also on the attic floor which we’ve turned into an office!

You’ll be sharing with two other housemates who are super friendly and sociable - one working in local government and the other a teacher, both veggie/pescatarian. They’ll be looking for a tidy housemate who’s both keen to socialise as well as respect people’s space as and when. Bills are paid separately, and the council tax is band B.

The neighbourhood is generally quite quiet - there’s a post office at the end of the road, it’s a 3 minute walk to Lidl, and a 5 minute walk up to the shops/cafes in Chapel A. The bus stops have the 2, 3, 3A, 36, and 91 services running regularly, and it’s between 10-20 minutes into the city centre depending on traffic.
