Hi! I'm looking for a working professional to join me on my tenancy.

I have a bright, clean double room available in a really lovely area. It's a friendly, relaxed house - tidy, respectful, but not super formal. Perfect if you want your own space with a nice housemate.

The room:
Double bedroom, furnished, good natural light, plenty of storage, and a desk.

The house:
Clean, modern kitchen/bathroom, living room, fast WiFi, washing machine, garden, space for parking at the front.

The location - best bit:
- Very safe and quiet area
- 30 second walk to park and tennis courts
- Surrounded by independent coffee shops, restaurants and bars
- Great transport links to city centre
- Supermarkets / gym close by

About you:
Working professional, clean & considerate, 25+ - someone who likes a chat and a cuppa but also values quiet time. Bonus if you are a cat lover as mine is adorable and loves meeting new people 🐈

About me:
Working professional, 30 / friendly / easy-going, work Mon-Fri, enjoy tennis / coffee / cooking / gym. I also have a huge collection of dvds and records if you are a film and music lover.

Rent: £500pcm + bills approx £200 (we can negotiate this).
