Three double rooms available in large, light and airy Victorian terraced house with stripped floors throughout. Ideally situated in the popular area of Chapel Allerton, described locally as "the village in the city".

Convenient for someone working in or near the city centre including at either of the main hospitals or universities. Near to a park, shops, restaurants and other local amenities. On a very quiet street only a short walk from a main bus route into Leeds City Centre (2. 5 miles, 10 minutes on bus). Safe, free on-street parking directly outside the house.

Affectionate cat in residence.

No need to remove belongings from the room at weekends.
