Large en-suite double room, in a spacious four bedroom house with garden, ideal for those working away from home during the week and needing somewhere to wind down after a long day at work.

Overlooking the garden and trees, the room comes fully furnished with bed, wardrobe and drawers. The ensuite contains a shower and WC. All bedding provided. There is also a large kitchen, with family sized fridge and freezer space for you to share, and use of the garden.

The house is in Chapel Allerton, a near-city suburb less than three miles from the city centre, both universities and St James's and Leeds General Infirmary hospitals.

The house is located a five minute walk from the centre of Chapel Allerton so the shops (including supermarket, grocers, butchers and fishmongers), bars, restaurants and transport links are on your doorstep if needed, but the house itself is large, spacious and peaceful.

On road parking is available on a back road away from the main road for cars.

Bills (including broadband but excluding use of the telephone) are included.
