One Double Rooms Available

I am looking to rent out one of the rooms in my house in Chapel Allerton, available immediately.

It is a four bed semi detached house, with a max of 3 occupants, including myself. It has a new kitchen that I have recently had completely renovated, a back garden for summer drinks/bbq's, a living room, and a nice light dining room looking out onto the garden. The available room is on the middle floor, and has a bathroom to share with one other person. It is a nice quiet street, and there is plenty of space to park out the front.

Both of the rooms are furnished, but if there is anything else you feel you might need, let me know and I will see if I can sort it. Some of the bills are included.

I work away most of the week, and play a lot of sport (mainly tennis and a bit of netball). On spare evenings/weekends I am just as happy going out for a meal or drink as I am staying in, so it would be good to find people with similar interests!

I do like to keep the house neat and tidy, so it is important to me that this is respected.
