Double room in renovated house great location

I have a double room available in my 3 bedroom semi detached house which is situated in one of the best locations in Chapel Allerton.

The house is on a cul dec sac with gardens to the front and back and views to a green space to the front. So it's quiet and secluded but is only a five minute walk to Chapel Allerton centre. Bus routes to town Headingley and Harrogate are two minute walk away as are shops.

The room is a good size with views over the rear garden is not overlooked because of trees at the end of the garden and has just been redecorated.

There is a shared large kitchen diner, lounge, bathroom and separate toilet. I currently have a sky sports and TNT package as well as Amazon prime and Netflix. There is fast broadband with an upstairs booster.

There are two people living in the house at the moment. I am the live in owner and and like to play sports and go to the gym , socialising and travelling. He has similar interests to me.

We are friendly and love to socialise.

We both like the house to be respected and kept clean and tidy.

I have two cats and it's important to me that they are happy with whoever lives here. If you like cats that won't be a problem.

The room can be let to a single person (male or female) or a couple and I am looking for a person or couple who will fit in well with us but also accept at times you may want some time to yourself.
