Although this is a large house this is not a party house. We are looking for likeminded individuals to join the household who enjoy socialising but also respect others sleeping patterns from a noise perspective

THE LOCATION
...is very convenient for getting into town. (I can see the bus stop from my kitchen) It takes approximately 20 mins to walk to the town centre (5/10 mins by bus)

...25 mins (5 mins in the car) from the large Tesco superstore on Roundhay Road
