I’m looking for a friendly, clean and tidy professional to share my home in LS16. This would suit someone who is comfortable living in the house on their own quite often, as I’m frequently working and based in London, particularly over the first couple of months.

The house is in a peaceful cul-de-sac with friendly neighbours and has a private garden, comfortable living space and everything you’d need for a home rather than a typical busy house share.

The house & location

The property is in a great location for getting around Leeds and the surrounding area, with:

Horsforth train station nearby, making Leeds and York easily accessible
Easy access to Leeds Bradford Airport
Great bus connections into Leeds city centre
Headingley within easy reach
Adel and the surrounding countryside within walking distance
Plenty of lovely countryside walks and green space nearby
A quiet residential cul-de-sac with friendly neighbours
Private garden space

Who I’m looking for

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and trustworthy, particularly as I’ll be away quite regularly and will need to feel comfortable leaving the house in their care.

I’m friendly and sociable, so although I’m often away, I’d ideally like someone who is happy to have a chat, watch TV together, go for a drink or occasionally join me for a gym session when I’m back. At the same time, I completely appreciate having your own space and there’s no expectation to socialise all the time.

It would be a good fit for someone who wants a quiet, comfortable home with plenty of their own space, rather than a busy house share.
