Room to rent in spacious new build property

Spacious 4 bedroom 3 story new build property with 2 rooms available to rent. I preferably require female lodgers. I also have a small elderly dog who is fully house trained and no bother at all.. he is elderly and sleeps all day and rarely barks! I am very close to the Springs shopping park and 15 minute walk to Crossgates train station. There will soon be another train station built at the Springs that should open early 2026 which would only be a 5/10 minute walk. Council Tax band is D. The house is on a new build estate but is close to lots of fields and greenery and all the neighbours are lovely and it’s very peaceful. I work from home and the house is very peaceful and quiet. I like to go on hikes and the gym and into all wellness and healthy eating. I am a professional that works from home.
