You will have full use of the bathroom, with walk in shower, jacuzzi bath and TV, and modern kitchen.
The bungalow also has off street parking to the front, and lovely garden to the rear, with use of summerhouse and BBQ.
I am a retired lady, who spends a lot of time abroad or on the east coast. So you will have lots of privacy, and the house to yourself a lot of the time.
The neighbourhood is mostly made up of retired people , like myself, so looking for someone to respect their peace and quiet.
Apart from that, I am easy going and welcoming to the right person.
