I am advertising a large double bedroom which has the space for a computer desk / office and a single bed for guests or children

For example, modern in-built cooker, NINJA Cooker with 8 options to cook meals quickly. Microwave, washing machine & in- built tumble dryer. The only thing missing in the modern kitchen is the Ninja Coffee maker with steam !!

Living room is modern which includes EE - BB, Portable LG Speaker to play your fav music. 55 inch TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime Movies to indulge in.

I am looking for a housemate Male / Female with an easy going Personality / SOH to be compatible in the house share. I would be pleased to share social time when not busy. I enjoy going out to the Pub for drinks and meals in a sociable setting. When I have time outside work I enjoy mountain biking, Outside Pursuits.

Music Genre is varies from local pubs, music festivals such as tramlines & Storming the Castle are a few. Including Dance Music Venues & Concerts. Intimate ones at the Octogan in Sheffield etc.

My Partner visits me on her days off work for a few days approx every ten to fourteen days.

Bus routes are regular between Wakefield / Morely/Leeds White Rose to the City of Leeds.
