A 3 bed apartment in a nice gated quiet block if apartments. It's in a nice area in Elland just outside of Leeds, with amazing views and a huge balcony. There is a fully furnished double bedroom with a seperate bathroom just for that room, opens up to the balcony. There is a shared open plan living room and kitchen.
I live between Dubai and UK and in a few weeks fly back to Dubai. I am looking for someone clean, responsible and trustworthy to be a good tenant and take care of it whilst I'm away. I will also leave my car which I don't mind renting also.
There is private resident parking with a wireless security gate and the building is very clean and very quiet neighbours.
I love living here when I'm in the UK visiting family, especially cause of the surrounding greenery and amazing views. In the summer I always leave all the doors open even at night to enjoy the fresh breeze and we have good security and great neighbours.
