We have 2 separate Double En-suite bedrooms available immediately, full referencing and checks will be done to agency standards.

One is a top floor room with ample space to be able to relax and enjoy your own space away from the shared living room, theres a sofa, desk, bed, wardrobe and shower room with toilet and basin.

The other is a well proportioned double room with space in the room for bed, sofa, desk, build in wardrobe and is adjacent to the off-suite bathroom in which you have sole use, which has a shower over bath, basin and toilet.

There is a full sized family kitchen with everything you need, with an open plan living room/dining room space, which leads out onto the back garden and patio area. Along with shared full laundry room and WC on the ground floor. It is a modern build property in good condition.

We have the usual utilities subject to fair usage and broadband included, if you are wanting to work from home then we will discuss the bills for this.

We are professionals and work 9-5 so are looking for people who can fit in with our lifestyle, rather than creating a part time job as a social worker! The house is currently drama free and we would like to keep it like that.

Theres space to park outside the property and on the roadside, but also it is well connected into Huddersfield, Halifax & Brighouse. From which you can catch trains nationwide You can join the M62 quickly and be in Leeds or Manchester with ease.

There are shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the house as well as a park and grass land to walk and take in nature.
