I have a huge, beautiful, double room in my attic to be let.

I am a professional who lives with her child, cockerpoo and cat, I am very welcoming, and quite often busy. I am very happy to leave people to themselves or be more available if that is preferred.

There is a large shared kitchen in the property and two bathrooms; one with a magnificent roll-top bath and one with a shower.

I have a large garden which will be lovely in the summer that you will have full use of.

I am looking for a professional/mature student - due to this being a family home, I would prefer a female tenant. I am queer and would love for a member of the community to join!

I will consider couples but it will be an additional charge to cover extra bills.

The house is about 15 mins drive from Leeds town centre and there is a bus which goes every 15 minutes, with the bus stop a minutes walk away from the house.

My lovely lodger will be moving out soon so her room will be available. If there is an overlap, I have another room which could be used temporarily. This is also a double.
