House share - Farnley LS12

Hi,

Here I have a spare room available for a tenant.

The room has a brand new high quality crushed velvet grey carpet which changes it's shade when brushed or stroked.

Recently repainted with brilliant white paint so it's looking fresh and ready for use.

Sliding door wardrobe is in the room which provides extra storage space and a mirror.

Currently the room isn't used so I would like to offer it to someone that would look after the space.

Great location and transport links with the bus terminus within a minute walking distance.

42 and 15 Old Farnley are two frequent buses that go to and from this location to the city centre taking different routes there (42 being the quickest route).

Leeds city centre is less than 20 mins away on public transport which could be less dependant on traffic.

Farnley Hall Park is also nearby which is a few minutes walk from the property. The area is surrounded by nature with scenic walks and animals such as hedgehogs and horses with it being close to Tong Village.
