Bright Double in Farsley

Hello :)

My housemate is moving out so I am looking for someone to take over her tenancy at the end of July.

The flat is on the ground floor in a very nice and green area of farsley near the high street. It’s two bed with one bathroom. There’s a kitchen/diner and a large living room with a little balcony situation.
The garden area is shared with the building but no one uses it. Lots of parking, two gyms within a minutes walk, decent connections to Leeds, motorways and Bradford. Bills are about 170 per month.

I work full time with the civil service just outside Leeds with one or two days a week WFH. I like to be friends with housemates but definitely respect people’s space :)

Not sure of the council tax band off the top of my head but it’s 140 total a month.
