Hi I'm Julie. I have a double fully furnished room on the top floor of a 3 storey house. You will have full use of your very own adjoining house bathroom.

All bills are included which includes fast speed broadband.

I haven't done this for a couple of years now so I'm just initially considering short term lets (of less than 6 months) to ease back into it. A short term let of 1 week will cost £150 and £150 each week thereafter.

I'd like a Monday - Friday guest in the longer term but if the let is short term (3 months or less) 7 days is fine.

My house is quiet and would suit a mature professional, preferably female but not essential, whats important is that we can get along. I'm sorry (I'm old!) but students are not suitable. I love animals but sorry I can't accommodate any pets. Meeting you beforehand, and knowing we'll get along quite well together is important.

I am a single ((50+) FT working female and I hybrid work. If you also hybrid work there is room for a desk in the room I'm renting out (or in another spare room I have) I have recently increased my rental to reflect use of the extra "working" room if needed.

There is private parking available at the property and use of a lovely garden and patio area. The kitchen is shared but (ashamed to admit ) I rarely cook. I'm a live-in landlord and I keep a beautiful clean and tidy home.

Garforth provides excellent transport links to all surrounding areas. if you don't drive/own a car. Happy to answer any more questions you might have.
