About the house: The bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe space and an ensuite, all are in great condition. The living room doesn't have a TV, instead I use a projector and I have subscriptions to Prime video and Netflix we can share, the sofa is huge so it's perfect for a movie night. The kitchen has all the main necessities including an air fryer. The house is a work in progress, I'm still decorating and adding bits but it's slowly coming together. I also have a weekly cleaner (although the house is usually pretty tidy) and biweekly gardener to help keep on top of things. There's a garage a driveway in front so also space for a second car. The location is 5 minute walk to the nearest train station (15 mins train to Leeds), there's also a big Tesco /Lidl/Home Bargains (5 mins drive/15 mins walk)
