Double room to let with En Suite

£350 Monday - Friday. £400 full time let. Ideally looking for someone who needs the room during the week with their work commitments, but willing to offer a temp let 7 days a week, depending on circumstances. (£400 if requires seven days and £350 for Monday to Friday )

Looking for a professional person to rent my cosy and fab room ideally Monday - Friday but can be flexible depending on situation, offering short and long term let.

The chapel apartments in Luddenden foot which is ten minutes drive to historic Hebden Bridge village and 10 mins to Halifax town centre.. 35 mins to Leeds and 45 mins to manchester. Local railway and bus service. Private location and free parking. En-suite room with bath. Free Tea and Coffee and kettle in your room, Free WiFi . Happy and relaxing home. Must work full time. Ideally I would like someone who is quiet and keep themselves to themselves and has a professional manner. Not after a buddy so no need to try and be my mate ( past experience from people trying to befriend me before they have moved in) Must appreciate each other’s privacy as the home is open plan downstairs and not segregated.

I am offering the room as serviced if desired and will provide fresh linen, towels and room clean on a weekly basis.

I have a dog and cat so MUST love animals as it is their home.

Terms:

The rent is paid a calendar month in advance on the 1st day of each month if doing monthly let.

NO BOND NEEDED. . But I will require a small DEPOSITp to secure the room if you decide to take it and to be paid straight away. This is to prevent time wasting. Also £10 refundable deposit for the key.
