Hi
I am looking to share our lovely and cosy space with a female; ideal for students or working women. The room has a built in wardrobe and comes furnished, unless requested otherwise. The window overlooks the front of the house with a spacious view.
The house has both front and back garden which are well maintained and offer peaceful space to enjoy the views. THE ROOM IS NOT A BOX ROOM. Viewings welcome!
There’s a lovely spacious bathroom and kitchen. I love cooking so there will always be some complimentary food to share.
All bills included.
There is plenty of parking available right in front of the house. It’s a closed end street so no unnecessary traffic outside.
Bus stop is a short walk and has three different bus routes. Train station is a 12/15 minutes drive.
We have a lovely well mannered cat who love visitors and minds her own business so it won’t be a nuisance.
We are a friendly but busy working family and appreciate some routine and space. We have worked hard to make this house a comfortable place to live in and keep it tidy and expect it to be maintained.
