We have a spare room going to waste and would love for somebody to make the most of the house with us.
The room is at the top of the house and takes up the whole of the top floor, it's a very big room!
Shared bathroom on the middle gloor and a seperate toilet downstairs . Room is equipt with wardrobe and built in storage , double bed , mirror , rug , lamp, desk .
A tv can be fitted apon request.
There is a large garden and conservatory with access to a bbq and private drive, house is located in a very private / quiet cul de sac close to lidl and sainsburys.
Rent includes Internet access and all bills.
