En Suite Double Bedroom in Savile Park

I am looking only for short term female tenants. I am the main tenant and this is a sublet. Because of the way my main contract is set up, I can't guarantee a longer term for my subtenant.

The price of £600 is for people staying over a month. If staying less than a month the price is £25/night.

The £600 includes £400 rent, £12.50 internet, £89 council tax (band C), £22 water and a £76 electricity budget.

The room includes a small ensuite shower, toilet and sink. It also has a velux window with blind. We would share the living room and kitchen. Kitchen has all the typical equipment - fridge freezer, hob, oven, washing machine/dryer. We also have a balcony to share.

I am a muslim female, working mainly from home, 33 years old. Happy to share with any other woman, any cultural background, lgbt friendly, vegetarian/vegan friendly, disability friendly. Just let me know how I can work with you to make sure we're all comfortable at home.
