Three double rooms available in a well-kept, licensed shared house in a quiet, pleasant area of Halifax. It's close to the countryside but only a 10-minute bus ride to the town centre, with a bus stop right outside.

The rooms
All rooms are doubles and come fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. All bills are included.

Ground floor double – £475 pcm
A very spacious room overlooking the front garden.

First floor double – £475 pcm
A good-sized room with its own large private balcony and lovely views over the surrounding landscape.

Ground floor studio – £900 pcm
A self-contained studio-style room with its own en-suite, kitchen area and sitting area.

The house
The two standard double rooms share a kitchen and two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs). There is free street parking around the property. The house is managed by the landlord, and repairs are dealt with promptly.

Who we're looking for
Tidy, respectful working professionals. The current housemates are friendly, quiet working professionals of mixed ages, and the house has a calm, relaxed atmosphere.
