You'll have your own bright/airy bedroom and share the rest of the house. There's an open-plan kitchen, washing machine, free wifi and a small garden. It's in a quiet part of Halton with regular buses into city centre. Temple Newsam park is nearby and big Asda on York Road. There's a fluffy cat in the property, you'll need to like cats to live here.

The room would suit someone who likes peace and quiet, maybe a mature student or professional who is happy to take care of the cat and also help with small household tasks (4-5hrs a week). Must have experience of running a home as you might be on your own if I have to travel. I'm into sport, swimming, travel and gym and a media writer.

If you have good references, are friendly, clean and tidy, do get in touch. If you have a lot of luggage, this arrangement might not suit you.

All utility bills are included in the rent, only the council bill is shared if you are a non-student. If you are a student, please provide proof of council tax exemption. The property is in Band A.
