Looking for a female lodger preferably with a professional background for our beautiful modern 1 bedroom studio loft . Must be friendly, tidy, non smoking, vegetarian and teetotal.

The converted loft is the span of the house and has its own shower en-suite and kitchen with some cooking facilities. Furnished with a double bed, 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers, a desk and chair, bookcase and sofa.

The family home is in Far Headingley, close to all amenities - supermarkets, universities, parks. It is on excellent bus routes to Leeds City Centre, Universities etc. Parking is included.

£650 per calendar month inclusive of all bills.

References required from previous landlord and employer.
