I have (discounted) a very large double room to rent from June 2nd (picture 2 in the picture) in a very nice, fully furnished, room house share in the heart of Headingly , 2 minute walk into the Headingly nightlife and 35 minutes walk from Leeds city centre.

All bills are included (council tax, electric, gas and water, high speed broadband, Sky TV, TV license etc). There is also a communal plasma TV, new furniture and soft furnishings throughout and each room comes supplied with a bed, bedroom furniture, desk and desk chair.

The location is great for anyone who works in Leeds as is situated 10 minutes walk from Headingley train station, is a 35 minutes walk from the city centre, with buses also running frequently from a stop near the property.

I am looking for someone who will pay the rent on time and treat the house like their home :)

This is a friendly home for young students or professionals to relax and enjoy.

The room is well decorated, completely furnished and £499 per month.
