Hi,
We have 4 rooms available for September 2026 in this 5-bed house in a leafy area of Headingley. 3 of us are moving out and 1 lovely girl is staying, with 1 room currently empty.
The landlady is looking for mature/post-graduate students or professionals who will pay council tax (band D). Deposit £200 upfront.
It is a safe, quiet and friendly neighbourhood, also only a 5-minute walk into Headingley and a 2-minute walk to local transport (56/19 buses and Burley Park train station) and local shops.
It is definitely a friends house. I have lived here for 3 years and have become really close to everyone who has lived here, inviting nights in cooking together, barbequeing etc.
The rooms are available from 1st September 2026 (rolling tenancies).
