I am friendly, have various projects on the go, and I'm doing a part-time Masters as well as freelance work. I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate, and wants a fairly quiet house to recharge in! I like hanging out over a cuppa, but I also respect people’s space.
The house was originally unfurnished so the bedroom is currently part-furnished, meaning if you have some of your own stuff there is room, but I can also provide some drawers if needed.
