Friendly house looking for new housemate

Hey!

Our beloved Jamie is moving out and we are seeking a friendly replacement to move in.

About the house:
We’re tucked away in the quiet streets of headingley, not far from the stadium and about 3min walk from burley park train station & Co-op.

We’re managed by a lovely family-run letting agent who are very chill, and happy for us to find our new housemate ourselves.

The rent is all bills-inclusive (including council tax), and we benefit from fortnightly cleaners (though we’re pretty tidy anyway).

We have a large living room with a big TV, great size kitchen with loads of storage for all of us, 3 bathrooms (3 showers & 1 bath), back yard which gets the sun and is great for BBQs.

We’re a friendly house, who enjoy doing things together, as well as giving each other space when we’re busy with work/life.
In the house we have; Toby (24) - Bridge engineer and semi-pro runner, Molly (24) - NHS worker, house therapist and in charge of seasonal decorations, Ben (30) - Kitchen designer, occasional drummer (electric kit - don’t worry lol) & house dad, Carrie (23) - Teacher, techno fan & gym girlie and lastly Doug (25) - statistician, guitarist, and will most definitely be found cooking a chicken of some variety.

Together we like cooking, travelling, having nights in & out, day trips, BBQs, craft & movie nights, and generally being silly and supportive.

We’d love to have someone like-minded, chill and clean to join our house!

About the room:
Located in the recently refurbished basement, at the back of the house you’ll have double patio doors for optional access and good daylight, double bed, desk, integrated wardrobe, black-out curtains and overall nice modern feel. It has a bathroom next door and only shared by one other.
