Friendly and social house share in Headingley :)

We are a friendly/social house and have just found we live well together and want to continue that with whoever moves in - would be ideal to find someone who is similar and keen to get involved!

It would be great if you’re interested to message and we can go for a drink or have a call to get to know you!

We hang out and make plans often, e. g. cooking for each other, pub quizzes, movie nights, running/gym etc, and whatever else going on in Leeds that looks fun.

Everyone’s on a mix of 9–5 routines (some WFH, some office), so there’s often someone around during the day - dining table is s good Space to WFH. We keep the house clean and tidy and do well being considerate of each other and keeping on top of shared spaces.

We’ve built a really good group here, and that’s carried on beyond the house too. A few former housemates live nearby and are still part of the mix, so it’s a nice, mixed group and an easy way to meet people.

We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that - friendly, open-minded and up for getting involved :)

Current house is: Joe (me), Zac, Dan, Kira, Lottie (moving out) - we do prefer a mixed house if possible! Wider house includes those who have lived here and moved out like Annabel, Em, Jack, and others who we still see often.

All bills included: gas, electric, water, council tax (Band C), TV licence, 350mbps fibre broadband, plus a cleaner (fortnightly for communal areas).

The room:
Top floor double room with good natural light. Includes double bed, wardrobe with drawers, desk, and wood flooring. Exposed brick archway which looks really cool.
