One spacious furnished double room is available in our lovely house on a quiet residential road in Headingley.

The location is ideal - just a 5-minute walk to Headingley high street with plenty of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants nearby. Becketts Park is also only a short walk away, and Headingley train station can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot.

The house itself has plenty of communal space, including a conservatory, large garden, 2 x toilets and a separate bathroom. Off-street parking available if you drive.

You’d be living with two friendly professionals. I’m a secondary school teacher working in Leeds and my housemate Lucy works for the NHS in Huddersfield. We’re both sociable, tidy and easy going, and enjoy cooking, walks and spending time with friends. We’re looking for a like-minded professional who is friendly and considerate to replace our current housemate, who has recently bought their own place.

Rent is £466 PCM. Bills are not included, but typically come to around £160 per person per month, including council tax.
