Great Room in Characterful Building

Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate to take over a room in our flat.

The flat has a large shared living room, quirky kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The flat is located in a quiet area overlooking Woodhouse Ridge. It's a 10 - 15 min walk in to Headingley or Meanwood with plenty of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants nearby.

You’d be living with two friendly professionals. I'm an advice worker and my housemate works as a teacher. We’re both sociable and easy going, and enjoy cooking, walks, going to the pub and spending time with friends. We are also respectful of peoples space and do other activities independently.

We’re looking for a like-minded professional/student who is friendly to replace our current housemate who is moving in with his partner.

The rent is £415pm as its the smaller room. The bills are not included and cost approximately £130 - £150pm.

Council Tax Band C.
