Room available in central headingley flat

Sadly my current flatmate has to move out due to personal circumstances, so I’m looking for someone to take their room and ideally become a mate as well as a flatmate.

The flat is in a perfect location right opposite The Box in central Headingley, with loads of bars, shops, cafés and great travel links all on the doorstep.

A bit about me — I’m easy going, sociable and tidy. I’m into the gym, enjoy chilled nights in as much as nights out, and love the occasional rave or festival. I’d love to live with someone similar who’s clean, respectful, up for a chat/socialising, and generally good vibes to live with.

The area is council tax band A we don’t move in until July so bills will probably be around 100. The photos aren’t the exact photos of the flat as I’m waiting for the estate agents to send these to me but the lay out is very similar, once received photos I can send whoever is interested the photos and I will update this post also !
