The Room
Lovely large double bedroom which feels super spacious and overlooks the garden. The room also has an ensuite bathroom which is a good size and has a nice clean and modern feeling!

The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bed side tables. It's a really great sized space. The desk and chair are mine but would be willing to leave these if you’d like them.

The Flat
The flat has a generously sized open plan living room and kitchen which are also furnished with modern furniture. The whole flat is bright, clean and well looked after. It's situated in a really great part of Headingley with easy access to shops, bars and cafes as well as Beckett Park and Burley Park 🌞

The flat is also a ten minute walk to Burley Park train station so really quick for getting into the city centre (which I’ve been doing for work).

The Flatmates
You’ll be living with two women in their late 20s/early 30s who are the perfect balance between clean and tidy and also super chilled 😎

We’ve had such a great year living together, all have our own routines but have also really enjoyed spending time as a flat when we can, including some great trips out to the dales/other nearby spots, making dinners together, enjoyed going to the nearby cottage road cinema and Hyde park picture house (as well as movie nights in) out for drinks etc.

I am only moving out as I’m moving in with my partner otherwise would absolutely be staying living here and am sad to be leaving!
