• Comfortable double room, plenty of natural light, room for a desk if you’re studying.

• Shared kitchen and bathroom, both easy-going — I’m not precious about a spotless house, so no one’s chasing you over a stray mug.

• Quiet enough to work, sociable enough that you’re not living with a ghost.

A bit about me: professional bloke with a steady job, easy company, happy to share a film or a takeaway or just leave you to your own thing. I like getting out too — good restaurants, day trips, exploring more of the UK at weekends — so if you’re up for the occasional adventure, great; if you’d rather keep to yourself, that’s equally fine.
